I am a physicist (BA, MA) and a licensed professional engineer (Mechanical, WA, OR and CA.)

Most of my career has been directed toward developing energy conservation systems, developing energy conservation retrofits and Building Code review of fire protection systems.

I am retired from formal employment and now apply my efforts to serving the common good in areas where I believe I can have the largest positive impact.  At present, that includes introducing young people to some of the wonders of electricity and magnetism.
